Outlette essayed al wali
The governor of the city receives congratulations on the occasion of passing two years of his term. His chief of staff and his advisor and former Secretary assured him that people praise him and he is the best governor who knew the country. Some civic associations gave a party in his honor in recognition of his efforts in promoting the city. The combination of city guards gave him a medal of the first city guard. The month of August has arrived and Governor decided to go on vacation to relax after two years of hard work.
At the top of his ecstatic feelings of success, his new secretary confirmed, after the marriage of the former, that the situation in the city is bad and it is drowning in problems.
The report of a group of psychiatrists confirmed the epidemic spread of depression virus among the population in all parts of the city, with the exception of Almastouline «drug addicts" area. The governor decided, however, to start his summer vacation. A newspaper reported that the governor has turned its back on problems of the city , and spent the holiday in one of the Pacific islands , while another said that he was seen in the beaches of the Cote d ' Riviera, and a third alleged that his correspondent saw him with his advisor in Tunisia at the beach " Sidi Bou Said. "
Who believes the governor? Does he believe the people who have honored him and decorated the image of the city in his eyes? Or believes his new secretary, who lives in one of the neighborhoods neglected?
Where does the governor spend his summer vacation, and with whom? And what he was doing during the holiday? What is the cause of the depression virus that hit the city? What are the symptoms? What is the immunity secret of Almastouline residents against the virus?
The play answers these questions and reveals other secrets to the readers.
